The consultancy process

Your enquiry

Start by giving us a call. All we need is a rough overview of what you’re looking for – if we think we can help then we’ll organise a face-to-face meeting to kick things off.

2

Initial meeting

Once we have a rough idea of what you're looking for we will set up an initial meeting to discuss the brief in more detail and scope out the project.

3

Research & design

Having agreed an initial brief we do our own in depth research and design a programme to suit your requirements.

4

Sign off

We will present the programme to you, implement any changes and then get sign your sign off.

5

Pilot

We deliver a pilot session from which we will gather all your feedback and fine tune the content if need be.
